OPAL is a registered charity providing independent advocacy services and activities for people with a learning disability and autistic people in Oldham.
Our vision: is a world where people with a learning disability and autistic people have the same life chances as everybody else. The values of voice, choice and equality for people with a learning disability and autistic people are at the heart of everything we do.
