OPAL featured in the University of Salford research portraits campaign
In 2026, OPAL Chief Executive Officer, Michelle Anderson, was selected to take part in the University of Salford’s Research Portraits campaign.
The feature highlighted the successful Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) between OPAL and the University of Salford. The partnership focused on digital transformation, helping OPAL strengthen its systems, improve efficiency and enhance the support we provide to our members.
The project demonstrated how collaboration between the voluntary sector and higher education can create meaningful change and help organisations become more sustainable for the future.
Being featured in the Research Portraits campaign was a proud moment for both Michelle and OPAL, recognising the innovation, dedication and partnership that has helped drive positive change within the organisation.
We would like to thank the University of Salford, our KTP partners and everyone involved in making the project such a success.
